-This was my first Langhorne show and the Pennsylvanian singer definitely lived up to all the positive recommendations friends gave going in. Langhorne bounced around the stage and spent one song perched on the front of the stage to engage with front row attendants. The Saturday evening session of Twangfest 16 was well known for its chaos and it makes a ton of sense now knowing that Langhorne played a part on that bill.
-I already knew how much Grace Potter can dominate a stage and it’s been pretty awesome to see her audience grow larger every year I’ve seen her. The photo pit grew the same, swelling to nearly a dozen photographers bumping into each other, but thankfully Grace spent more time upfront than behind her keyboard to make things easier.
-Apparently fans can help determine the setlists (#GPNSetlists) and the band started the evening with “Paris.” I wasn’t expecting it to be used in the arsenal so quickly, but goodness, what a great song to set the tone for the high-octane evening.
